My supervision framework integrates the Discrimination Model, which allows me to flexibly move between the roles of teacher, counselor, and consultant, and the Relational Systems Approach to Supervision​, which emphasizes mutual respect, trust, and genuine connection as the foundation for growth and reflective practice.
