Anxiety, depression, stress, and overwhelm are often signs that the nervous system has been carrying more than it can sustain. When the body remains in states of tension, vigilance, or shutdown, we may feel exhausted, disconnected, or unsure how to move forward. Rather than asking what is wrong, therapy invites curiosity about what your body and emotional system are communicating and what may help restore a sense of safety.
