Holistic Support for Your Mind & Nervous System

A space at your own pace

Whatever brings you here, whether you’re carrying stress, relationship strain, grief, or a quiet sense that something needs to shift, therapy can offer a space to feel more connected to yourself.

Together, we explore the patterns shaping your relationship with yourself, with others, and with the world around you, and the ways you've learned to cope or protect yourself along the way. There's a confidential space to be curious and understand what's happening inside you, and to move toward living and relating in a way that feels more like you.

Available only for residents (adults, 19+) of British Columbia, Canada.

My Approach

My therapeutic approach is integrative, holistic, and neuroscience-informed, drawing from ACT, CBT, DBT, IFS, narrative, somatic, and experiential therapies. Grounded in attachment and relational principles, our work focuses on understanding how your nervous system has adapted to stress and relationships, moving at a pace that supports regulation, trust, and reconnection.
