Delivered Virtually
A warm, relational space where you can explore what’s happening inside you at your own pace. Together, we look at the patterns shaping your relationship with yourself, others, and the world around you, and the ways you’ve learned to cope or protect yourself along the way.
Relational Patterns
Relational patterns shape how we experience closeness, conflict, boundaries, and belonging. Many of these patterns formed early as ways to stay safe or connected, and while once protective, they may now lead to disconnection, reactivity, people-pleasing, or emotional withdrawal.

My Approach
My therapeutic approach is integrative, holistic, and neuroscience-informed, drawing from ACT, CBT, DBT, IFS, narrative, somatic, and experiential therapies. Grounded in attachment and relational principles, our work focuses on understanding how your nervous system and relational history shape how you connect with yourself, others, and the world.
Therapy is tailored to your unique experience and may include exploring emotional and bodily responses in relationships, working with different parts of yourself, and developing greater flexibility and choice in how you relate. Over time, this work can support a more secure connection, clearer boundaries, emotional resilience, and greater authenticity in relationships.
