Burnout and compassion fatigue often arise when the nervous system has been under chronic demand without adequate rest, support, or recovery. This can show up as emotional exhaustion, disconnection, irritability, or a loss of meaning, especially for those who care deeply, lead, support others, or hold high responsibility.

My Approach

My therapeutic approach is integrative, holistic, and neuroscience-informed, drawing from ACT, CBT, DBT, IFS, narrative, somatic, and experiential therapies. Grounded in attachment and relational principles, our work focuses on helping your nervous system recover from prolonged stress while gently exploring patterns of over-functioning, self-sacrifice, and internal pressure.

 

 

Therapy is tailored to your unique experience and may include restoring nervous system balance, strengthening boundaries, reconnecting with values, and cultivating sustainable ways of caring for yourself and others. Over time, this work can support renewed energy, clarity, resilience, and a more grounded sense of purpose.
